The content of this note speaks to my observations and experiences working alongside Dallas Lombardi. As a teacher and mentor, she was very intuitive in being able to draw the highest productivity and quality of effort from our team members in what was a very demanding and fast paced environment. 

One of the outcomes of her management abilities was that our team, as well as her peers and clients, respected and admired her influence within our organization. 

Due to her knowledge outside of her specific discipline, I would frequently call upon her as a trusted advisor in a broad range of topics; her counsel was always beneficial and brought a unique perspective in both problem-solving and pitfall navigation. 

The best form reference I can provide Dallas is, were I given an opportunity to work with her a third time, I would be most pleased to do so.
